Three solar power plants have been built using solar trackers in Kirovograd region

Three solar power plants for the private household with a total installed capacity of 90 kW have been built in village Berezhynka of Kirovograd region. As the mounting systems for PV modules, they used the nine 40-module solar trackers AS Sunflower-40-4 produced by Ukrainian System Solar. Installation and further maintenance of the equipment was undertaken by KS Solar company from Kropyvnytskyi. This month, KS Solar has installed another 40-panel solar tracker of 10 kW capacity in village Pidhaitsi.
The expected annual generation of 30 kW solar power plant is 56 MW * h that is by 50% more than in the similar installed capacity solar power plants using static mounting systems. Such increase in annual generation is possible due to the use of solar trackers that automatically direct the array of PV modules to the maximum energy saturation point.
